We stopped by the great grand parents for one last visit today. It was bittersweet. Sweet to once again see all the children playing together. Sweet to see the joy on the great grandparents face. Bitter because it was the end. The end of a wonderful weekend. Bitter because great Poppaw's health is not good & we have been told he only has a short time to live. Heart breaking really. You could feel it in the air, what everyone was thinking but unable... unwilling... to say. This would be the last time we all sat together and watched our children play in front of BOTH their great Mommaw and great Poppaw.
