Waking Up ~ Day 81

First item of business... Joining in on a couple of photo blog hops!
This is my first time ever participating in "Touch Up Tuesday"

 Here is my before shot:

The color is all thrown off by the blue mat & it's reflection & the overcast day.  I tried playing with the colors/exposure/contrast in LightRoom but honestly?  The best & easiest fix was a black & white, shown below.

The black & white version of this I'd link to link up to the Trendy Treehouse photo contest.  The theme this week is "By The Pool!"
Join in the fun & view more entries by clicking the button below!

Do you see why my grandbabies are good medicine for Mommaw. We got to see them over the weekend but then you see a picture like this and you want to be holding and cuddling with them. You can't get enough. Love ya bunches, Mommaw and Poppaw

Oh, you're SO right! Black and white was the perfect solution for this picture! What a fantastic shot - I absolutely love it! :-) Thanks so much for playing! Happy Tuesday! ;-)

That touch-up looks awesome! You're right, it does look way better in black and white. :D
